Shipping Information

Postage charges are based on the size of the largest sticker/decal in your order and combined weight of stickers/decals plus packaging weight. We have calculated the the weights of the stickers down to a square centimetre value of 0.045g and weighted each type of packaging (standard envelope, tough bags and mailing tubes). This gives us the most accurate combined weight possible to be sure you get the right deal on the postage.

Our postage fees have no markup on them. What you see is what we are charged (packaging cost + Australia Post postage fees).

All orders are dispatched from Perth, Western Australia.

You will receive an email as soon as your payment is confirmed and another when your order has been mailed out.

We generally post orders within 48 - 72 hours after payment has been confirmed, however in busy periods there may be slighty longer delays.

Australian Orders are shipped via Australia Post. International Orders are shipped via Air Mail.


Delivery Time Expectancy

Australia: Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery from the time you receive your postage notification. If you have not received it in this time, please contact contact us with your postal details for follow up.

International: Please allow up to 21 days for delivery from the time you receive your postage notification. If you have not received it in this time, please contact us with your postal details for follow up.


Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your sticker/decal purchase. Stickers/Decals can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the shipping date. A refund for the sticker/decal minus the shipping cost will be issued to the credit card / paypal account used when the purchase was made. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

If the sticker/decal contained an error, please check your order to make sure that the information you provided when you placed the order is correct. If the error is our fault we will gladly mail out a replacement at no charge.

All items must be returned in original condition to receive a refund or exchange.

To return the sticker/decal please include a copy of the shipping invoice along with a note of why you are returning the sticker/decal.

When we receive the sticker/decal a credit for the sticker/decal minus the original shipping cost will be applied within five business days to the card or paypal account used to make the purchase.
